Flapper Boutique ships all orders every business / working day from 1pm Brisbane, Australia time. 

We ship orders worldwide every day to addresses all across Australia, US, NZ, UK, Europe, and Asia.

Its within reason that all customers read this shipping information prior to placing an order.  

AUSTRALIA

The Flapper Boutique uses Australia Post - Express Post to ship all orders throughout Australia.

The following rates apply:

- Orders over $60 AUD - Free. 
- Orders under $60 AUD - $9.95 AUD.

Detailed Delivery estimates are as follows:

• Capital Cities is 1 to 2 business days.
• Perth & Darwin is 2 to 3 business days.
• Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast is 1 business day.
• Regional towns 2 to 3 business days.
• Remote locations 3 to 5 business days.

Note: All consignments are given 'Authority to Leave' at the purchase address of a buyer. Once the item is delivered it becomes property of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they use a safe and secure residential or business delivery address as Flapper Boutique does not accept any liability for items that are lost or stolen after an order has been delivered.

USA

Flapper Boutique uses USPS (in partnership with Australia Post) and Fedex Express to ship all orders to the USA.  

Rates for over $45 USD are as follows:

• USPS - Free with estimated delivery 7 to 12 business days.
• Fedex - $14 (USD) with estimated delivery 3 to 4 business days. 

Rates for under $45 (USD) are as follows:

• USPS - $12 (USD) with estimated delivery 7 to 12 business days.
• Fedex - $24 (USD) with estimated delivery 3 to 4 business days. 

Note: There are no sales tax or import charges on orders under $800 (USD).Therefore, if you are in the USA keep your order under $800 (USD) and it will be delivered with no delays.

UK

Flapper Boutique uses FEDEX Express to ship all orders to the UK.

Rates for orders over £40

• £11 Express Shipping: 4 - 5 Business Days.

Rates for orders under £40

• £17 Express Shipping: 4 - 5 Business Days.

Note: Orders under £135 are exempt from import duties but may be subject to VAT charges. These charges appear to be sporadic, as none of our UK customers have reported incurring VAT charges since late 2022. Nevertheless, if local authorities do levy VAT, Flapper Boutique holds no responsibility for such charges.

NEW ZEALAND

Flapper Boutique uses Nz Post (in partnership with Australia Post) to ship all orders to New Zealand.  

Rates for over $70 (NZD) are as follows:

• NZ Post - Free with estimated delivery 8 to 12 business days.
• Express - $15 (NZD) with estimated delivery 4 to 7 business days. 

Rates for under $70 (NZD) are as follows:

• NZ Post - $14 (NZD) with estimated delivery 8 to 12 business days.
• Express - $25 (NZD) with estimated delivery 4 to 7 business days. 

Note: There are no sales tax or import charges on orders under $1,000 (NZD). Therefore, if you are in New Zealand keep your order under $1,000 (NZD) and it will be delivered with no delays.

CANADA

Flapper Boutique uses Canada Post (in partnership with Australia Post) and Fedex Express to ship all orders to Canada.  

Rates for over $80 (CAD) are as follows:

• Canada Post - Free with estimated delivery 7 to 12 business days.
• Fedex - $18 (CAD) with estimated delivery 4 to 5 business days. 

Rates for under $80 (CAD) are as follows:

• Canada Post - $15 (CAD) with estimated delivery 7 to 12 business days.
• Fedex - $30 (CAD) with estimated delivery 4 to 5 business days

Note: GST or import duties maybe charged by local Canadian authorities of which Flapper Boutique is not liable for.

IRELAND & EUROPE

Flapper Boutique uses FEDEX Express to ship all orders to Ireland and Europe

Rates for orders over €40

• €13 Express Shipping: 4 - 6 Business Days.

Rates for orders under €40

• €23 Express Shipping: 4 - 6 Business Days.

Note: Orders under €150 do not incur import duties but may incur VAT charges. These VAT charges maybe charged by local authorities of which Flapper Boutique is not liable.

SINGAPORE

Flapper Boutique uses FEDEX to ship all orders to Singapore. 

Rates for orders over $60 (SGD)

• $18 (SGD) Express Shipping: 2 - 3 Business Days.

Rates for orders under $50 (SGD)

• $27 (SGD) Express Shipping: 2 - 3 Business Days.

Note: There is no GST or import charges on orders under $400 (SGD). 

HONG KONG

Flapper Boutique uses FEDEX to ship all orders to Hong Kong. 

Rates for orders over $305 (HKD)

• $100 (HKD) Express Shipping: 2 - 3 Business Days.

Rates for orders under $305 (HKD)

• $150 (HKD) Express Shipping: 2 - 3 Business Days.

Note: There are no sales tax or import charges to Hong Kong customers.  

TRACKING INFORMATION

After we have processed your order we will email you confirmation that your order has been shipped. You will receive an automated email from Australia Post or FEDEX with your consignment number and details of how to track your consignment. We strongly recommend that you use the tracking service to monitor your delivery.

For all international orders: If upon attempted delivery you are not home a card will be left to arrange a more appropriate time of delivery. Where possible we do advise to use a business or address where you will be located during standard business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm – Public Holidays excluded).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subject to local charges including. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (unless otherwise stated above). We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The Flapper Boutique cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and The Flapper Boutique will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as registered business under Australian and International law we will not do this.

LAST MINUTE ORDERS

The only request we make to all our customers is to order in advance and not leave an order to last minute. Unfortunately we have no control over courier companies and can not predict unforeseen delivery delays.
