To ensure every customer receives the perfect outfit, every order is hand-inspected for quality and size accuracy before it leaves our warehouse.
Our Returns Policy
- Notification: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Timeframe: Items must be posted back to us within 28 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. (Trying your dress on for fit is perfectly fine! Just please ensure it stays free of makeup or scent).
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, gloves, headbands, and feather boas cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds & Fees
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind or the fit isn’t quite right, we offer a refund minus a small $13 restocking fee per dress. This fee helps cover the original shipping, merchant fees, and administrative processing costs.
- Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If we’ve made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
- Processing Time: Once received, refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for your preferred size or style and return the original item for a refund. This ensures your new dress reaches you as quickly as possible.
A Note on Large Orders
As a boutique brand, we carry curated, limited stock. To ensure all our customers have access to our full range, we ask that you avoid "wardrobing" (ordering multiple dresses with the intention of returning most of them). Orders of 3 or more dresses that are returned in bulk will be eligible for store credit rather than a refund.

If you’re a dance company, theatre production, or ordering in bulk (3+ dresses), don’t let our standard return policy hold you back. We’ve worked with many groups and love helping bring productions to life with the perfect look.
We recommend reaching out before placing your order. Our team can assist with sizing guidance, style selection, and may offer a small group discount—helping you get it right the first time.
Event Planning & Delivery Timing
We know how important your event date is! To ensure your outfit arrives in time for the celebration, we always recommend ordering well in advance.
Please note that all delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates from our carriers and are not guarantees. Because transit delays are outside of our control, any items that arrive after a specific event date are still subject to our standard return policy, including return shipping costs and restocking fees.
