The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Flapperboutique.com indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Flapperboutique. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Flapperboutique.com reserves the right at any time after your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Flapperboutique.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Flapperboutique.com is a re-seller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Flapperboutique.com. One discount code may be used per transaction.

Use of Information

All information Flapperboutique.com collects, both what you tell us and what we collect through the use of cookies, is "aggregated" -- meaning that the information from many users is grouped together in a way that does not disclose the personal information of any particular user. Flapperboutique.com is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by Flapperboutique.com are estimates only. Flapperboutique.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Flapperboutique.com cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Australia Post and DHL has agreed to supply a service to Flapperboutique.com whereby DHL will provide SMS or email notifications in respect of the delivery of goods to Flapperboutique.com customers. Flapperboutique.com warrants that before supplying the mobile phone number or email address of a Flapperboutique.com customer (recipient) to Australia Post or DHL, it will obtain the permission of that customer to do so, and more particularly, obtain their consent to receive SMS and/or email notifications from Australia Post or DHL in respect of their parcel(s). Flapperboutique.com will keep records of its compliance with this obligation, and upon reasonable request by Australia Post or DHL will produce evidence of a Flapperboutique.com customer's consent to have this information supplied to Australia Post or DHL for the purpose of receiving notifications.

By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to your personal contact information (SMS or email) being released to Australia Post and DHL for the purpose of providing the customer with notifications pertaining to the progress of their parcel(s). This service is offered for the benefit of the customer and can be stopped at any time.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Returns Policy

It is within reason that all customers refer to our returns policy prior to placing an order. We are within our rights to refuse a refund or exchange on any orders that do not follow this policy. This includes returned orders with garments that are damaged or show signs of wear or orders that are returned later than 14 days from receiving. 

Change of Address

Flapperboutique.com cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the Order Review page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service Immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur customs or import duty charges. Flapperboutique.com does not have any control over these charges nor are we able to advise what they will be, as it is based on the regulations & compliances of your own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.

Warranties

All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of Flapperboutique.com

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.

Refunds & Returns

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. Special return offers apply to individuals only. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any gloves, wigs, feather boas or headpieces. We recommend sending returns via a registered mail service. The Flapperboutique.com is not liable to refund or exchange in the event where the returned parcel may it get lost. We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached. Please note that the refund amount applies to product(s) purchased only, any shipping costs will not be refunded. See below for the time frame you exchange or refund must be made in:

Additionally, all customers that wish to return or exchange must notify flapperboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving goods

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Flapperboutique.com can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Flapperboutique.com reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service. Flapperboutique.com is not able to make changes to an order once an order has been placed.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Flapperboutique.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Flapperboutique.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Flapperboutique.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
