This Black Flapper Dress captures the 1920’s deco style and blends it with a truly elegant look. The fitted dress features a zip up side, full stretch lining, black sequins and scrawls of black beads around the entire dress. Additionally, the dress is finished with tassels that wrap around the entire dress and hang at knee length.
