The black flapper dress features a soft black tulle overlay with a gorgeous art deco pattern of gold sequins and black beads. Additionally, the dress features a double layer of black fringes that run around the hem which makes the dress perfect for those that love to dance. Lastly, for comfort the dress is lined with a soft stretch fabric and side zipper.
