In a declaration of glamour and elegance, this Red Flapper Dress will take you back to the roaring 1920's in style. The dress features a delicate black tulle overlay blending a shimmering art deco pattern of black holographic sequins, black sequins and washed red beads. Additionally, the dress features layer of black fringes that run around the hem. Lastly, for comfort the dress is lined with a soft stretch fabric and side zipper which gives a fitted look.
