Fancy a South Side Fizz? This Plus Size Blue Flapper Dress is a stunning cocktail style 1920's dress with a high neck and fringes that dance around the knees. Additionally, the dress features a fine black mesh overlay with a shimmering geometric and swirl pattern of blue sequins that are encased with tiny black beads. Finally, for comfort the dress is lined with a soft stretch knit fabric and has a zip up side.
