To anyone here doubting what size to get, please pay attention to the actual measurements! I'm a large or extra-large in American sizes but got a 3X dress and it fit perfectly. It was so pretty, and I enjoyed wearing it for the evening. I would like to have a chance to wear it again sometime!

I purchased the Halle dress for a 1920s themed Drag evening set in a local castle. I've been obsessed with the 20s for years and, as soon as the theme was announced, I knew I wanted to look as authentic as possible. The dress arrived promptly and I was very impressed with the quality of the beading and sequin detail. The fit was impeccable; I had used the measurement chart prior to purchase and I was very happy with the way the dress hugged my curves but still remained true to a genuine 1920s silhouette (For info I am around 5'3"/5'4" and around 97kg) Alongside the Halle dress, I also purchased the long gloves and cigarette holder. The gloves fitted beautifully and these were the cherry on top of the cake for this beautiful outfit. I would recommend the Flapper boutique for all your 1920s needs and can't wait for an opportunity to wear my Hakle dress again.

A perfect fit (6xl); as I'm on the large size (20/22 Uk) I was worried it would be too tight (always a risk online shopping) but probably could have gone a size down. Lovely beaded detail gives weight but also flow, lining comes further down than I thought which give suitable modesty for an older lady! Very happy with my purchase.

The dress fits well and looks pretty damn good for the price. It's vital you check the sizing chart as the sizes for these dresses are VERY far from the average. E.g. the 4XL is a size 22. Otherwise quite happy with the purchase.
