This irresistible Blue Flapper Headpiece is the perfect finishing touch to any of our blue flapper dress outfits. The Flapper Headpiece features a stretch black headband with attached deep blue feather that embellishes a deco setting of tiny black faux gems. Additionally, hanging from the deco setting are 5 delicate attachments of cased faux black gems.
