This irresistible Red Flapper Headpiece is the perfect finishing touch to any of our black / red or red flapper dress outfits. The Flapper Headpiece features a stretch black headband with attached burgundy red feather that embellishes a deco setting of tiny black faux gems. Additionally, hanging from the deco setting are 5 delicate attachments of cased faux black gems.
